Windmill Winery Barn Wedding
Alicia and JP’s met through mutual friends, back in 2015. After some flirtatious banter was exchanged back and forth, JP asked Alicia on a date. After sharing their first date at Kabuki, they enjoyed a nightcap at the Thirsty Lion and had the most amazing time getting to know each other.
In March of 2017, Alicia had planned to move back to her hometown in California. Shortly after dating, she knew JP was the one and canceled her move. It was the best decision she ever made! To see their engagement session click here!
Fast forward to their wedding day at Windmill Winery, JP and Alicia shared a first look before the ceremony. But what made this first look different from the rest was that they read their personal vows to each other. This has quickly become a new favorite of mine. It’s such a personal and intimate moment shared between the two that I’m lucky enough to capture. Their wedding was also officiated by a close family friend who made sure to make the ceremony short, sweet, and funny! One of my favorite things from their reception was not only how they changed up the floor plan in the barn, but they had a family member sing their first dance song! Enjoy a few of my favorites from their day!
I don’t know about you but that flying veil picture is one of my all-time favorites!
