Tropical SoHo63 Wedding
Arianne & Azer met on a dating app called Coffee Meets Bagel in February 2019. She spent her “beans” to like Azer’s profile and then waited patiently for him to initiate a conversation after they matched. They had their first date at Dave & Busters and hit it off! They continued talking and going out every weekend! Azer was committed and made the drive out to see Arianne several times throughout their relationship. They really enjoyed hiking, going to the movies, cooking, and watching TV shows together.
For their two-year anniversary, they took a trip to Portland, Maine. They had hiked, eaten a bunch of lobster and clam chowder, and explored the beautiful lighthouses. At the last lighthouse they visited, Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse, they walked out onto the granite jetty towards the lighthouse. Arianne kept wanting to stop to take pictures/videos but didn’t want to get in the way of other visitors. Azer kept asking questions about whether they were in the frame, if they were centered, if it’s a good spot for photos, etc. She had no idea why he was all of a sudden interested in whether the photos and videos were good, but turns out he had alternative motives! Azer apologized for not getting her an anniversary gift but then pulled a box out of his pocket and got down on one knee. He asked her to marry him and without hesitation, she said YES!
The ring that Azer proposed with is a BEAUTIFUL Princess Diana-inspired sapphire ring. Arianne’s dad bought it for her mom, who wanted to pass it down to her as a family heirloom. The ring is everything she could have dreamed of especially because of the sentiment behind it.
After their engagement, they didn’t know if they’d be able to celebrate with their family and friends with COVID being so unpredictable. They decided to continue planning their wedding and started touring venues. They chose SoHo63 because of its clean & modern look. Azer let Arianne take the reins with wedding planning. She had a pretty specific vision in mind to have a minimal, modern, and tropical vibe!
From all their friends and family being able to gather and celebrate their marriage, to being able to marry their best friends, Arianne and Azer had the wedding of their dreams! We especially loved all the bright, tropical colors, the flower guys (just wait until you see them!!) their LED dance floor paired with sparkulars, and all their sweet family and friends! And if you’re reading this Mom, I’m keeping you forever! 🥰 Arianne and Azer, thank you guys for such an amazing and joyful filled day!! Enjoy a few of my favorites! xo
