Watson Lake Engagement
Ashley and Nick met while on a plane going to Alaska! It was a six hour flight so they did a lot of talking and exchanged numbers at the end of the flight. They didn’t see each other for a while after the that, since Ashley lived in Florida at the time and Nick lived in North Carolina, but they always managed to stay in touch and became really good friends.
About two years ago Nick invited Ashley to North Carolina for a few days, and she figured, “well, why not!?” So she took a road trip to see him. Then things really took off from there! They went up to Fossil Creek for the day because they really enjoy the outdoors and hiking, and really wanted to check out the waterfall trail there. Once they finally got to the waterfall, they hiked to the top, and that’s when Nick asked Ashley to marry him! We had so much fun on their engagement session and cannot wait for their wedding in North Carolina 🙂 Enjoy a few of my favorites from their Watson Lake engagement session! xo
