Sedona Enchantment Resort Wedding

Happy Wednesday, Friends!

Can you believe we’re halfway through the week?  It seems like yesterday that we were driving up to Sedona.  It’s not every day one of my mom’s best friends gets married!   It was the first time I got to be a witness and the photographer! 🙂

We left the valley with a full tank of gas and a belly full of butterflies!  We were both so excited for Melinda and Jody.  They’ve been together a while and it finally was going to happen!  When we got to Enchantment Resort we were blown away.   The view of the red rocks was breathtaking and there were deer just wandering around.   We even got to enjoy some yummy Mexican dishes and prickly pear margaritas!

Melinda had picked out a beautiful bouquet full of succulents and peach flowers.  Jody wore a succulent as a boutonniere.   When we started with their portraits the wind came whipping through.  The sky got dark and we thought for sure we were going to be rained out but it quickly passed and we made our way to the top of the Red Rock.  In her Prada shoes, Melinda made it to the top and she and Jody quickly exchanged vows.  It was definitly one of the quickest weddings I’ve had and we even got a fun off roading tour in the big black truck! 🙂  Enjoy!
